PRANA is the life force or vital energy or Chi, and Pranayama is the practice of learning to control and use the breath. In this workshop, Misako will lead you in yoga postures to open the chest and prepare the body and mind for Pranayama.   Breathing practices increase lung capacity, so are of great benefit for athletes and weekend warriors. Breathing techniques promote an energized relaxation, to calm and clarify the mind.
