Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

You have been asking, and it’s back. SUP Yoga in Monterey Bay! Welcome to an amazing way to enjoy the ocean and yoga. SUP Yoga is an amazing way to strengthen, stretch, relax, meditate and practice balancing. If you are looking to get outdoors with your practice, then SUP Yoga is a perfect way to do it. Nature replaces your studio and the board becomes your yoga mat. Both beginner and advanced yogis can enjoy practicing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard. Your practice can be as mellow or as challenging as you want it to be. This workshop is 2 hours long and begins with a gentle warm up on land before getting on the water. No prior experience on a stand-up paddleboard is required and all equipment is provided. Sign up online.
