Yoga for Seniors: Balance, Strength & Ease
Group exercise classes may be unsuitable for those who are recovering from injury or have difficulty with movement. Compassionate Care Yoga carefully builds stability and strength while releasing restrictions. In this style of yoga, students of any age can be safely and individually guided through mindful movements and modified yoga postures to gently reclaim ease in movement.
For Seniors individual sessions are 30min-45min long. Rates start at $70 per session with discounts available for regular students.
