For the past 12 years I have taught yoga to students of all ages and abilities.  Over the years I’ve developed specialties in mindfulness yoga for stress relief and therapeutic yoga.  In addition to being registered as a yoga teacher at the highest level of E-RYT500, I am a certified yoga therapist C-IAYT.  Through the changes we experience in life, yoga brings balance and stability to our turbulent lives.
