Keeping with Resolutions through Morning Journaling
Many of you have made intentions for the New Year….If they are not sticking with you so easily, try this practice. Every morning, after you get out of bed and before you do anything else, sit down with your journal and write. Use an actual pen and paper rather than the keyboard. Free write about anything, fill at least one page. In this practice there is no criticizing, blaming, you just keep the pen moving. What you may find is that they mental clutter that surrounds your “Resolution” is cleared, allowing more access to stay on that path you have chosen.
